RESERVATIONS & POLICIES

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations can be made by calling us (406-580-4036) and securing an open charter date.  At the time of booking a 50% deposit is required. If you need to cancel your charter at least seven days before your charter we allow you to roll your deposit to another date.  If you cancel your reservation less than seven days from your scheduled fishing charter you will forfeit your 50% deposit. If you paid any payment above the 50% amount we will return that to you.

Late arrivals (after 1 hour of the scheduled trip) and “No shows” forfeit their deposit.

BAD WEATHER POLICY

We fish rain or shine.  We will call off a charter due to threatening weather such as lighting, high winds etc.  In this case, we will do our best to reschedule your charter for another day. If we are unable to reschedule your charter you will receive a refund of any payments made. Weather-related cancellations are solely up to your guide’s discretion.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Clients are asked to bring polarized sunglasses, appropriate clothing, camera, snacks, a fishing license, sunscreen, hat.  This along with shoes you don’t mind getting wet.

We provide all rods, reels, and tackle.  Some tackle loss is expected. However, if you lose or break a rod or reel we will expect you to cover the replacement cost.

PAYMENT POLICY

Your deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking.  Please note your charter booking is not confirmed until we have received your 50% deposit.

Deposits can be paid with an electronic payment.   After several problems with snail mail, this is our preferred payment method.

Final payment can be made on the day of your charter.
